Use as a dry marinade or make into a paste with oil. Simply mix jerk seasoning with some olive oil or citrus juice & pour over your meat & leave it to marinate for 30-40 mins then drain the meat & BBQ as normal, all the delicious flavours from the seasoning will get absorbed into the meat.
