Returns & Replacements

Please note the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer unless we are at fault.
We accept returns up to 7 days after they have been received once the goods have not been opened and are still in excellent condition, with the original packaging also in perfect condition. If you would like to return an item, please email us when you are returning something, and include your full name and order number in the package and proof of postage.
In the unlikely event that you receive incorrect or faulty goods please contact a member of our Team as soon as possible, via email. You are not responsible for the cost of carriage under this circumstance and our team will promptly rectify your order. However, we do require the incorrect item to be returned to us before we send a replacement out. We will do our best to minimise any delays this causes.
Your return will be processed upon receipt of goods and your refund will be completed within 14 working days.
