Japanese 7 Spice, commonly referred to as Shichimi Togarashi, this hot & fiery blend can be sprinkled on food to season it in the same way you would use your salt & pepper. Use to season Japanese dishes, Udon noodles, yakitori, tempura & sprinkle onto steamed vegetables, rice & grain dishes & on avocado toast. Used to season soups & to flavour tofu. It can also be used as a dry rub or wet marinade.
