A fiery flavoursome rub of Portuguese-Mozambique origin. Use it to add some spicy heat to meat, poultry & fish dishes. Add to olive oil & drizzle on top of Chicken prior to cooking or mix with some lime or lemon juice & olive oil, then rub over Meat & grill or BBQ for intense flavour. Use as a dry rub or wet marinade on poultry, fish, meat & vegetables. Make Piri Piri burgers by adding to some minced meat of your choice with a little chopped onion.
