A Tagine is a traditional Moroccan stew usually embellished with dried fruits like apricots, prunes & dates, nuts, preserved lemons or olives. This slow cooking helps to tenderise even the toughest cuts of meat, whilst at the same time, allowing wonderful flavours to develop & infuse into the food. Our Tagine spice can also be sprinkled over pieces of chicken, pork or red meats, then grilled, barbecued or pan-fried.
