Our Vindaloo curry powder packs a good punch of heat & will help you create a vibrant, spicy, hot curry dish for chicken, lamb, tofu, vegetables or soups & stews. Even good for spicy dips or devilled eggs.
Try using about a ½ tsp per pound of beef, chicken, fish or poultry. Our curry blend can also be used to season so many dishes; rice, sauces, chicken or seafood salads, vegetables or soups. To convert powder into a paste simply mix 1 tbsp Vindaloo powder with 1 tbsp each of water & oil.
Make Hot Curried Beans. Fry off some finely chopped onion, add Vindaloo spice to your taste, pour in a tin of Baked Beans, add a few Sultanas & simmer over a low heat until cooked & serve. Goes great served with Pork steak.
