Green French Lentils are the same variety as Puy lentils except they aren’t grown in Puy. known for their unique, rich peppery flavour & ability to retain their firmness after being cooked. These lentils are perfect for salad, side dish or to go with fish, meat, game, sausages or added to casseroles & soups.
Fill a pan with 3 cups of liquid/stock to 1 cup of lentils. Boil and cover, reducing the heat to a simmer and then cook until tender (20-25 mins).
