Description
This honey-sweet sauce is the secret to the authentic Chinese barbecued pork, also known as “Char Siu”. It is a great marinade for any kinds of meat and ribs for barbecue, roasts and oven baked dishes.
CHINESE BARBECUED PORK
Serves 4
Marinate 700g pork loin 6 Tbsp Char Siu Sauce for a minimum of 15 mins before oven cooking at 190⁰C / Gas 5 for 20 mins or until cooked through. Brush over 2 Tbsp Char Siu Sauce and rest for 2 mins before slicing and serving.
