Description
El Yucateco achiote spice paste is made from Mexican annatto seeds that are grown in the fields of the Yucatan peninsula, traditionally used as seasoning in the famous Yucatecan and Central American dishes.
Achiote is suitable for seasoning poultry, pork, fish and beef. It gives traditional dishes such as “Conchinita Pibil” the taste and red color of authentic, traditional Mexican cuisine.
