Guajillo pronounced ‘Wha-Hee-Oh’ come directly from Mexico. They have a hot, slightly fruity, tart, tangy flavour with pine notes with a slightly sweet & Smokey finish. They have a moderate heat registering on the Scoville scale at 3,000 – 8,000 SHU.
