Coriander Seeds are an aromatic spice with a pungent, slightly lemony flavour. Coriander works both in sweet & savoury recipes. It is used extensively in Indian, Mideastern & Moroccan cuisine, especially in curries with meat & seafood dishes. Add coriander seeds to soups, broths or poaching liquid when cooking fish. Add to pickling brines, compotes, chutneys, curries, tagines, soups & stews, breads, cakes & biscuits. A few seeds can also be added to your peppermill with other peppercorns for a fragrant seasoning. As with all seeds, toasting them will bring out more of the aromatic flavour.
