Description
Sifted from the finest quality, freshly milled Durum wheat and coarsely ground to a gritty texture. Used often in baking it is also a great ingredient for adding texture to food, coat meat or fish in a dusting of semolina, before frying or try dusting homemade pizza bases with a layer of semolina. It will give the crust extra crunchiness and stop it from sticking.
