Maekrua is a premium brand of oyster sauce made from specially selected fresh oysters in Thailand. This sauce is ideal for all seasoning purposes it instantly improves the flavour of chicken, fish, shrimp, meats, soups gravies and all vegetables as well as soups, marinades and sauces.

Ingredients

Oyster extract (30%), soy sauce (soybean, wheat flour (contains gluten), salt), water, sugar, iodised salt (salt, iodine), E1414, corn starch, acidity regulator: E575, preservative: E211.
