Lobo Satay Seasoning Mix contains a marinade and sauce so that you can make an authentic satay meal.
For the Chicken Satay:
Mix contents of packet A with 60ml of coconut milk and marinate 500g of chicken cut into strips, for 1 hour.
Thread the chicken onto the skewers, grill until done.
For the Satay Sauce Dipping Sauce:
Empty contents of packet B in a small pot, add 180ml coconut milk and 3 tablespoons vegetable oil. Bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer 15 minutes.
