Description
Somen is the thinnest of all Japanese noodles (like vermicelli). It is made from organic hard wheat giving a different texture and bite.
Most often served cold in Japan, during the hot summer months it is even served with ice. It can also be added to stir fries and soups, including the famous Vietnamese noodle soup, pho.
Cooking Instructions: Boil for 2 minutes
