Description

An extra hot chilli paste, sambal oeleck is used in many Indonesian, Malaysian & Sri-Lankan dishes.
Use for seasoning, stir-fries or as a pickled vegetable condiment. This Sambal oelek brings extra hot heat & depth of flavour to marinades & is also great in seafood sauces.
