Cayenne pepper is a fiery, red hot spice, that you can use to liven up just about dish. It adds a fiery kick to curries, soups, sauces, tomato-based pasta sauces, stews, burgers & a whole variety of spicy dishes, particularly cheesy ones. A pinch or two can even be added to sweet dishes like chocolate in all its forms & pudding. Add a light dusting of over roasted vegetables or potato wedges for a spicy twist. Cayenne really packs a punch, so it needs to be used in moderation.
