Enjoy the distinct Japanese curry flavours with S&B “Golden Curry”
Easy to use this curry roux has a slightly sweet flavour & enough spice to tickle your taste buds!
S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix comes in three levels of spiciness: Mild, Medium Hot & Hot!
Ingredients; (5 servings)
450g of chopped Beef or Chicken, Lamb or Shrimp
1 Medium Onions, minced or chopped
1 Medium Carrot, chopped
1 Medium Potato, chopped
1 Tbsp Sunflower oil
1 pack of S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix
Stir-fry meat & vegetables with oil on medium heat for approx. 5 min.
Add water & bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover & simmer until ingredients are tender, approx. 15min.
Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces & add them to the skillet. Stir until sauce mix is completely melted then simmer for approx. 5 min, stirring constantly.
Serve over rice or noodles.
