This South African Piri Piri concentrated sauce is packed full of flavour with hints of fresh citrus lemon, heat from red chilli, smoked paprika, onion and garlic, and a touch of spearmint for freshness. All layered on top of a rich tomato base.
Great on chicken, halloumi, roasted veg and more.
Add one part concentrate (100g) to three parts hot water (300g), bring to the boil and simmer for approximately 2 minutes until the desired thickness is reached.
