Description
Hengshun Chinkiang black vinegar is a dark, rich, slightly sweet rice vinegar with a smoky flavour somewhat similar to balsamic. It is often used in braised dishes, in noodles, stir-fries, sauces, soup or as a dipping sauce for dumplings.
It makes a great marinade for grilled pork chops. Combine a few tablespoons with chopped rosemary & Dijon mustard; marinate the chops for 1 hour or longer
